1. SUPERVISOR : 12 Man-hour/day
2. ELECTRICIAN/AC AC PERATORS : 36 Man-hour/day
(One Operator for Night shift duty)
4. HELPER : 24 Man-hour/day
The above services shall be provided for the HVAC plant on all working days.
The normal timing of the running of the plant shall be 0800 hrs to 2000 hrs.
However, the timing of the running of the plant may be extended beyond the
operating hours as per requirement and instructions of Engineer-in-Charge. The
Engineer-in-charge may also ask to run the plant on Sundays/holidays if
required. No extra payment shall be given for that. Preventive
maintenance/Descaling work of the HVAC plant/AHUs to be taken up on
Sundays/Holidays so that there is no disruption of service during office hours.
Service for night hours is from 2000 hrs to 0800 hrs and the same to be
provided 7 days a week inclusive of holidays/Sundays.
For maintaining of the Windows/Split AC systems, Water Coolers,
Refrigerators, etc the contractor does not have to deploy his personnel
permanently, the maintenance team is required to attend a scheduled
maintenance drawn up by the contractor and approved by the EIC and as per
requirement (on call basis) but the Contractor is responsible for attending all
complaints promptly whenever required irrespective of time or season.
The Supervisor shall be of minimum ITI trained (or equivalent)/certificate
course in the field of AC system with atleast two years experience. The
electrician shall be ITI trained in Electrical and with atleast one year
experience in the field of AC system. The operator should have completed a
course in AC system with atleast one year experience.
2.15 The Contractor shall have to carry out checks including as mentioned below:
Following points are only guidelines for system checking. However the
Contractor will draw a complete and exhaustive schedule for the same and
submitted to the EIC for approval at the start of the contract.
