Annexure-1
Bid Evaluation Criteria (BEC)
1. The Bidder must have successfully executed a single work order
of similar nature of work of at least Rs. 6.0 lacs for one year or
Rs. 12.0 lacs for two years in preceding 5-7 years period. The
Bidder should submit client certificate along with its order copy
in support of the above experience requirement.
The Similar nature of work means HVAC system of any office
complex/multi –storey building which have atleast a single unit
of 60TR capacity.
2. The Bidder should also have experience of operating and
monitoring Microprocessor Controlled Chiller/System and submit
documentary proof for the same.
Certificate from the client for O&M of Micro-processor controlled
chiller of atleast 60TR capacity of HVAC system to be submitted as
documentary proof.
3. The Bidder should have a turnover of atleast Rs.6.0 lacs for any
one year during the preceding 3 years. The Bidder should submit
the copy of balance sheet/P&L account in support of the turnover
criteria.
4. The Bidder should have separate valid PF and ESIC Registration
Certificate.
