! Notice of election relative to securing electoral approval for debt notice in two newspapers
circulating in municipality and in legal journal-published in daily newspapers at intervals of not less
than three days-weekly newspaper-once a week for two successive weeks-first notice published not
less than 14 and not more than 21 days before election
! Certified copy of resolution to increase electoral debt and form of election question - to county
election board
! Certified copy of election results from county board recorded in municipal minutes
