2 Bi-weekly filers are required to deposit taxes by <strong>the</strong> third business day following <strong>the</strong> 15 th and 31 st of each month.<br />

Monthly filers must deposit by <strong>the</strong> 15 th of each following month for <strong>the</strong> previous month for Federal taxes and by <strong>the</strong> last<br />

day of <strong>the</strong> following month for Pennsylvania income tax withheld.<br />

3 Quarterly forms typically include: IRS Form 941/941E; Pa. Dept. of Revenue Form PA-W3; PA UC-2/UC2A; Local<br />

Earned Income Tax Withholding; Unemployment Compensation Employer’s Report; Pension Withholding.<br />
