chambers are indicated here, providing for a simultaneous determination<br />

<strong>of</strong> NO and NO x . The NO 2 value is <strong>the</strong> arithmetic difference <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong>se two values.<br />

The analysis pressure <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> CLD highlights <strong>the</strong> temporal state <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> analyzer’s<br />

The calculation <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> equilibrium species concentrations is performed with <strong>the</strong><br />

s<strong>of</strong>tware package Gaseq [300]. Since minor species are not included, <strong>the</strong> sum <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong><br />

mole percentages do not total 100%.<br />
