Through the combination of the landscape and the hotel, the green and the sea have
been integrated with one another. A 120-meter trough not only brings the sea in to
the visitors, but also flows outward and invites the visitors to the sea, contributing to
the sea atmosphere throughout the garden. The biotope pools that provide the food
required for life also offer visitors an experience of color, sound and coolness. With its
indoor swimming pool, spa, Turkish Bath, extensive library and inner court that can
host 50 people, the facility offers an enclosed and protected vacation in the midst of
the green. With the use of materials and specially designed components such as walls,
doors and pergolas, the vacation space aims to achieve emotional authenticity and
interaction.

Bodrum Primex boutique hotel, located inside the borders of Torba to the northeast of
Bodrum peninsula is situated on a long and thin parcel on virgin coast away from the
settlement. It is a boutique hotel transformed from a former 3-story hotel which was
situated on a field full of pine trees, has a capacity of 7 rooms accommodating 20 people.
The hotel is hidden away in a natural environment and offers privileged accommodation
to tourists. The building has different focuses for each of its three 900 m 2 floors,
including not only a Turkish bath, spa, indoor pool, sauna, play and recreation rooms on
the garden floor, but also large kitchen and service units. On the ground floor, there is a
library, dining room and lounge. On the first floor, there is a circular gallery space with
seven rooms surrounding it. The top floor has been set up as a terrace.
The reconstruction constituted a radical renovation process, including major changes to
the landscape design. A continuous 150 m water line from garden to shore was constructed
and in this way, a special promenade was created based on unique Mediterranean
flora. Rich tectonic elements used inside of the structure were also used successfully
on the exterior. In the designs of the entrance canopy and pergola, the same
emotional and visual richness was aimed for.
The fine landscape design of Bodrum Primex Boutique Hotel has a special position
among landscape designs in Turkey with its unique approach that triggers the senses
of hearing and smell with fresh stimulation, while highlighting mainly physical rather
than visual pleasure.
