Student enrolment reached its peak in 1988, when the region<br />
registered an average enrolment rate of 103.5 Table XLV above<br />
indicates that Moshi Rural, Hai, Mwanga and Same districts in<br />
1988 managed to achieve the targets of 100% enrolment rate.<br />
