Aquatic wildlife is also abundant, such as crodiles mostly found in
Pangani, Nyumba ya Mungu Dam and Lake Jipe.
In general wildlife conservation in Kilimanjaro region is being
made difficult by several factors including shortage of necessary
equipments for wildlife conservation and encroachment for more
land by people around the reserve.
