Table LIV below shows higher levels of pupils per classroom in all<br />

districts. The national standard ratio of pupils per classroom is<br />

45:1. In effect, this means that more classrooms are needed in all<br />

districts to avoid congestion and provide a conducive learning<br />

environment for the pupils.<br />
