Geothermics, as it has one of the lowest production costs, a higher capacity
factor from the beginning raised and its energy production does not depend on
the resource’s variability as it happens with wind and solar power technologies.
Another technology with great potential is the one based on agribusiness solid
wastes, mainly bagasse of cane that is used to generate energy and heat in sugar
mills, in spite of the absence of enough crops to generate a great supply.
