In recent years the production structure of the primary energy has gotten modified
due to the bigger growth of the production of natural gas. This energy source has
displaced the generation of electricity with hydroelectric stations and it is used as
a fuel in the industrial, residential and transportation sectors. See Graphic Nº 7.
