inSync 5.2 Private Cloud – Administrator’s Guide Backed Up with Errors The number of devices linked to the profile from which few files were missed during the last backup. Inactive The number of devices linked to the profile which have not communicated with the inSync Server for a certain number of days. The number of days is configured by modifying the Mark device inactive if not backed up for field in the Notification and Storage area under the Backup Policies tab on the profile details page. Information Displayed in the Top Users by Storage Consumption Area The Top Users by Storage Consumption area displays the top five users associated with the profile that have backed up maximum amount of data. Information Displayed in the Details Area The details area displays various properties of the profile. For more information, see Profile Properties. 104
inSync 5.2 Private Cloud – Administrator’s Guide Profile Properties Profile Summary These properties are displayed while creating a profile as well as in the profile details page. Field Description Profile name The name to identify the profile. Max. number of users The maximum number of users that can be assigned to the profile. 0 indicates that there are no restrictions to the number of users that can be assigned to the profile. Quota per user The maximum amount of data that can be in the backup and inSync Share folder on user's devices. If the folders contain more data than the specified user quota, data will not be backed up or shared from the devices. Note: 0 indicates that the user has user has unlimited quota. That means there is no restriction on the amount of data that the user can backup. Allow users to add devices Permit users to activate inSync Client on their computers. If not selected, you will have to activate inSync Client on behalf of the users on their computers. Max. number of devices per user This field is displayed when you select Allow users to add devices. The total number of devices that each user can backup using inSync. This includes laptops, desktops, smartphones, and tablets. 105
