Compacting a Storage
Storage compaction is the process of removing expired data from a storage and condensing the
existing archive to make space for new data. For more information see Storage Compaction.
To compact a storage:
1. From the Manage menu, click Storages. The Manage Storages page is displayed.
2. Select the storage that you want to compact and click Compact Now.
Compaction of the storage will start.
Deleting a Storage
Prerequisite: Before you delete a storage, remove all users provisioned to that storage.
To delete a storage:
1. From the Manage menu, click Storages. The Manage Storages page is displayed.
2. Select the storage that you want to delete and click Delete. Make sure that no users are
provisioned to the storage.
The storage is deleted.
