inSync 5.2 Private Cloud – Administrator’s Guide
Information Displayed in the Users With Area
The Users With graph shows the total number of devices for which device tracing, data encryption,
and automatic deletion of data has been enabled.
Information Displayed in the Details Area
The details area displays the list of devices distributed across the following tabs:
All devices: All devices for which DLP has been activated.
Traced: Devices that are being tracked by inSync.
Normal: Devices for which auto-delete functionality is either disabled or not on hold.
On Hold: Devices for which auto-delete functionality is on hold.
On Alert: Devices from which data is about to be deleted as they have not communicated
with the inSync Server for a specified number of days.
Decommissioned: Devices already decommissioned.
Decommission in Progress: Devices which are in the process of being decommissioned.

Description
User Name
The display name of the user.
Device Name
The display name of the device.
Last Connected
The date when the device last connected with
inSync server.
Location
The present location of the device.
