inSync 5.2 Private Cloud – Administrator’s Guide
Only the inSync administrator can download the user's data, unless the user had revoked
access permission for the administrator.
Enabling the user resumes backups from his devices.
Disabling a User
To disable a user:
1. From the Manage menu, select Users. The Manage Users page is displayed.
2. Select the user you want to disable and then click Disable. A message requesting for
confirmation appears.
3. Click Yes.
The user is disabled.
Enabling a User
To enable a user:

2. Select the user you want to enable and then click Enable. A message requesting for
confirmation appears.
3. Click Yes.
The user is enabled.
