inSync 5.2 Private Cloud – Administrator’s Guide Quota Usage It is the sum of the backup data and the share data. Information Displayed in the DLP Summary Area The DLP Summary area displays the number of user's devices that are being tracked by inSync. The traced devices are displayed as points on the world map. Information Displayed in the Activities Area The Activities area lists the recent activities of the user. It also contains link to the user's activity stream. Information Displayed in the Details Area The details area displays various properties of the user. For more information, see User Properties. 138
inSync 5.2 Private Cloud – Administrator’s Guide User Properties Summary User Summary Area The properties displayed under the User Summary area are as follows. Field Description Name The name to identify the user. Email address The email address of the user. Email alerts and notifications to the user are sent to this email ID. Profile The profile to which the user has been linked to. Storage The storage to which the user is linked. User quota The maximum amount of data the user can back up on the inSync server from all his devices. User Status The status of the user. The possible values are Enabled and Disabled. 139
