inSync 5.2 Private Cloud – Administrator’s Guide Links The number of download links created by the user. # Shared folders The number of folders shared by the users with other inSync Share users Devices The Devices tab lists all the devices linked by the user to inSync. For each device, the following information is displayed. Field Description Device Name The name to identify the device. Last Completed Backup The date and time when the last backup was taken from the device. Backup Data The data backed up from the device. Last Backup Status The status of the last backup. The options are Backed Up Successfully, Backup Failed, Backed Up with Errors, Inactive, Never Backed Up. inSync Client Version The version of inSync Client installed on the device. Activity Stream The Activity Stream tab lists the recent activities of the user in the inSync Share folder. 142
