inSync 5.2 Private Cloud – Administrator’s Guide Cancelling a Backup or Restore To cancel a backup or restore that is in progress: 1. From the Reporting menu, click Live Activities. The Live Activities page is displayed. It lists all the backup and restore activities that are in progress. 2. Select the backup or restore activity that you want to cancel, and click Cancel. The selected activity is cancelled. 160

The topics described in this section are as follows: Viewing inSync Share Content of a User Downloading Files from inSync Share Folder of a User Deleting a Download Link Viewing inSync Share Content of a User To view the contents in the inSync Share folder of a user: 1. From the Manage menu, click Users. The Manage Users page is displayed. 2. Click the user whose inSync Share folder content you want to view. The user details page is displayed. 3. Click View Share Content. The Manage Share Content window appears. It displays the content within the inSync Share folder of a user. The content is distributed across the following three tabs: All Content: It displays all files and folders in the user's inSync Share folder. Shared Content: It displays those files that the user has shared with others in the organization, or others have shared with the user. Links: It displays the download links the user has created. 161
