inSync 5.2 Private Cloud – Administrator’s Guide Modify the Display Name of an Administrator To modify the display name of an administrator: 1. From the Manage menu, click Administrators. The Manage Administrators page is displayed. 2. Click the administrator whose display name you want to change. The administrator details page is displayed. 3. Under the Summary area, click Edit. The Edit Administrator window appears. 4. Change the display name of the administrator. 5. Click Ok. Reset Password for an Administrator You can reset the password for any administrator. When you reset the password for another administrator, an email is sent to the administrator with a random, system generated password. To reset the password for an administrator: 1. From the Manage menu, click Administrators. The Manage Administrators page is displayed. 2. Click the administrator for whom you want to reset the password. The administrator details page is displayed. 3. Click Reset Password. A message for confirmation appears. 4. Click Yes. An email with a random, system generated password is sent to the administrator. Deleting an Administrator To delete an administrator: 1. From the Manage menu, click Administrators. The Manage Administrators page is displayed. 2. Select the administrator you want to delete and click Delete. A message asking for your confirmation appears. 3. Click Yes. The administrator is deleted and is removed from the Administrators List on the Manage Administrators page. 188

The topics described in this section are as follows: Modify Your Display Name Change Your inSync Administrator Account Password Defining Your Time Zone Modify Your Display Name To modify your display name: 1. Click My Accounts on the navigation bar. Your account details are displayed. 2. Click Edit. The Edit Administrator window appears. 3. Modify your display name as required. 4. Click Save. Change Your inSync Administrator Account Password To change your inSync administrator account password: 1. Click My Accounts on the navigation bar. Your account details are displayed. 2. Click Change Password. The Change Password window appears. 3. Enter your current and new passwords. 4. Click Ok. 189
