inSync 5.2 Private Cloud – Administrator’s Guide
Logging On to the inSync Admin Console
Before you begin: To access the inSync Admin Console, you will need the following information:
The IP address of the server where inSync Server is installed.
The port number required to access the inSync Admin Console.
Your email ID that is required to access the inSync Admin Console.
Your password that is required to access the inSync Admin Console.
If you are the first administrator for the inSync setup in your organization, request the person who
installed inSync Server to provide you the above information. If you have been assigned the role of an
administrator by another administrator in your organization, you would have received an email with
the above information.
To log on to the inSync Admin Console:
1. Open a Web browser.
2. Enter the URL required to access the inSync Admin Console in the http://:/ format.
Note: In the URL, use https instead of http if in inSync Network Settings secure communication has
been enabled for accessing the inSync Admin Console.
3. Enter the email ID and password required to access the inSync Admin Console.
4. Click Login.
The inSync Admin Console is displayed.
