Modify the Display Name of an Administrator
To modify the display name of an administrator:
1. From the Manage menu, click Administrators. The Manage Administrators page is displayed.
2. Click the administrator whose display name you want to change. The administrator details
page is displayed.
3. Under the Summary area, click Edit. The Edit Administrator window appears.
4. Change the display name of the administrator.
5. Click Ok.
Reset Password for an Administrator
You can reset the password for any administrator. When you reset the password for another
administrator, an email is sent to the administrator with a random, system generated password.
To reset the password for an administrator:
1. From the Manage menu, click Administrators. The Manage Administrators page is
displayed.
2. Click the administrator for whom you want to reset the password. The administrator
details page is displayed.
3. Click Reset Password. A message for confirmation appears.
4. Click Yes.
An email with a random, system generated password is sent to the administrator.
Deleting an Administrator
To delete an administrator:
1. From the Manage menu, click Administrators. The Manage Administrators page is
displayed.
2. Select the administrator you want to delete and click Delete. A message asking for your
confirmation appears.
3. Click Yes.
The administrator is deleted and is removed from the Administrators List on the Manage
Administrators page.
