inSync 5.2 Private Cloud – Administrator’s Guide
Co-branding inSync Client
inSync gives you the functionality to apply your own branding on the inSync Client interface. Under cobranding,
you can:
Add your company name and logo on the inSync Client interface.
Provide link to custom help files that you have created for inSync Client. The link will
override the default link to inSync Client help provided by Druva.
Add contact details of your internal support team. inSync Client users in your organization
can then contact your support team to resolve their queries.
To co-brand inSync Client:
1. In the Manage menu, click Settings. The Settings page is displayed.
2. Click the Co-Branding tab.
3. Click Edit. The Co-Branding window appears.
4. Add the required information in the following fields:
Company name: Name of your company. It must be less than 50 characters.
Company logo: Logo of your company. The logo must be a 40x40 px PNG file and less
than 32 KB.
Help link for user: The URL where you have published the customized help for inSync
Client users.
Support contact information: Contact information of your support team. It must be
less than 50 characters.
5. Click Save.
