8 Introduction
We wish to thank Christof Heyns, Johan Van der Vyver, Charles
Fombad, Frans Viljoen and Michelo Hansungule who stimulated the
discussions at the workshop. From these discussions, authors incorporated
the comments given by participants in the workshop. Comments that
emanated from the workshop discussions were additional to the
independent peer-reviewers’ reports by internationally-acclaimed experts
in the field of international criminal justice. In this regard, we wish to
