11 The post bidding activities including,
management of escrow accounts, coordinate
non-institutional allocation,
intimation of allocation, dispatch of
refund orders to Bidders etc.
12 The post issue activities for the Issue
will involve essential follow up steps,
which include the finalization of listing of
Equity Shares and dispatch of allotment
advice and refund orders, with the
various agencies connected with the
work such as the Registrars to the
Issue, Bankers to the Issue and the
bank handling refund business.

Even if many of these activities will be handled by other intermediaries/agencies, the designated BRLMs/
