Wall mount the enclosure.Connect the 120V AC power supply.connect the loads to the relays. Connectthe inputs. Then with a PDA with serialport support (RS232) (running Palm OS3.5 or higher), configure which inputscontrol which output/s (relay/s) and thesystem is ready to go. The configurationsoftware also can be run on a PC usingPalm Emulator software. Theconfiguration software and the PalmEmulator are provided with every orderat no charge.If your system has more than one panel,simply interconnect the panels with an18 AWG solid copper twisted pair.The Siemens LCP3000EZ lightingcontrol system comes with anabundance of standard operatingfeatures and the intelligence to meetvirtually any lighting control application.Each panel is equipped with an RS232interface for easy configuration of inputsand outputs. Any panel in the networkcan be configured from any other panelin the same network. Other optionsinclude Ethernet interface, PC software,two different time clocks (4 and 16control points, which provide the abilityto set 324 or 500 schedulesrespectively), motion sensors, dualsensors for light and temperature andmore. These options enable you to havea lighting control system that can meeteven the most demanding applications.Each individual device holds its ownoperating program in non-volatilememory. There is no central or mastercontroller. This feature prevents entiresystem shut down, which could happenon systems with a central logic board.NetworkingUp to 10 panels can be networkedtogether without the need for anyadditional cards or devices. Withoptional Web access devices andComBridge Studio Software, the usercan network up to 500 panels. TheLCP3000EZ interfaces with any BuildingAutomation System using OPC.Web Access SoftwareThe optional Web access software allowsthe user access any device in theLCP3000EZ system. This allows control ofGeneralany relay from a PC. Password protectionallows partial control to individual users.For example, the employee can turn ONor OFF the office lights from any PC.EnclosureThe LCP3000EZ is enclosed in a NEMA1, UL listed enclosure with hinged doorand hinged dead fronts. There are twodead fronts, one for the low voltage(24V) section and one for the linevoltage load relays.
