Standard bus issized on the basis of heat rise criteria, inaccordance with UL 891. All bus bars aresized to limit heat rise to 65ºC above amaximum ambient temperature of 40ºC.As an option, conductor material can besized according to density limits, basedon bus material. The applicable limits are:Copper — 1000 amperes sq. in.Aluminum — 750 amperes sq. in.Screw type mechanical connectors (lugs)are provided as standard equipment onall devices.
