This lightweighttotally enclosed, non-ventilated housingresists rust and other elements,distributes heat away from theconductors, and provides an excellentground path. The housing is covered withan electrostatically applied light grayANSI 61 polyester urethane powderpaint that is scratch resistant and has a1,000-hour salt spray resistance rating.ConductorsSentron Busway conductors have acompact construction and can beconfigured as 3-phase 3-wire, 3-phase4-wire or 3-phase 4-wire with 200%neutral. The conductors may be orderedin copper (98% conductivity), 1000A/in 2M-Rated Copper, Aluminum (58%conductivity) and 750A/in 2 L-RatedAluminum. The optional 200% neutralhelps to handle harmonic conditions thatmay exist. This system is especiallyuseful with discharge lighting(fluorescent) and computer installations.This will help to minimize overheatingand prolong the life cycle of your powerdistribution equipment.GroundSentron Busway offers ground optionsto meet your specifications: standardintegral aluminum housing ground andoptional internal grounding bars. This isfurther enhanced by the inline filterprocess and magnetic separator thathelps to eliminate contaminantscommon to fluidized bed systems. Theelectrostatic application also provides abetter coating consistency than that ofthe older fluidized bed process. Thecombination of electrostatic spray andlower oven temperatures produces aconsistent coverage with fewerimpurities and pinholes in the insulation.The lower oven temperatures reduce therisk of bar annealing, which affects theoverall quality of the system.Sentron Busway insulation is Class B,130°C Rated.
