The interviewee wastrying to bring more people to the ambulances, butthe Director told him to go to the hospital. He wentwith the first group to the hospital. They continuedto attend to the patients in the ambulance whowere still bleeding. Many died before their eyes.Doctors and volunteers were waiting at thehospital. The interviewee tried to help withunloading the ambulance and return to thescene. He became very cold, had a headache andcouldn’t breathe due to the pain in his left shoulderand left side. He looked for his friend who hadbeen taken to Emergency Department for lossof consciousness.
