5.1 RafahComments on displacement: NoneComments on rehabilitation: At second interview:the patient will require cosmetic/plastic surgery onupper back, R shoulder and R thigh due to extensiveburns and soft tissue injuries. She also needs furtherorthopaedic assessment to resolve difficult decisionsregarding repair of her L humerus as there isinsufficient bone in the area of the injury. Whether toshorten her arm considerably without bone graftingor to find some kind of material for a graft will need tobe decided.
