He has problemscommunicating with them as the phone has run outof credit and he was denied an access permit fromthe Israeli authorities to go to the West Bank to getmore money.Comments on rehabilitation: Still with shortnessof breath on any kind of exertion, the patient isworried about his lung function and thinks he mightfeel the shrapnel in his liver. He needs reassuranceabout the benign nature of the shrapnel remainingin his lungs and liver and needs rehabilitationregarding breathing and exercise. These issues arestraightforward and should be resolvable on anoutpatient basis if he is put in touch with a goodprimary care physician or nurse.3.
