These mechanisms wouldalso include arrangements for upgraded monitoring and control functions.The Ministry of Finance and Economic Affairs has retained the services of aConsulting firm to address some of these planning issues and to makerecommendations on improving the planning and control processes of projectcycle management.2:3:7 Management Information SystemsThe public service as a whole, is quite poorly served in the area of moderninformation technology.
