Acommunications strategy has been developed. It calls for the use of both theprint and electronic media to carry news features, informercials, discussions andother special focus programmes. Communication on a regular and timely basiswill be sustained at all levels. Communication involving monthly, quarterly orannual reviews at work team levels in Ministries, will be facilitated with theassistance of the Ministry of the Civil Service.
