Denetçi Raporu65Şirket veznesinde; 21.01.2010, 09.04.2010,30.07.2010, 21.09.2010 ve 23.12.2010 tarihlerindeolmak üzere, 5 adet sayım yapılmış olup, sayımlarsonucunda; tespit edilen kasa mevcudunun,kayıtlarla mutabık olduğu, tarafımızdan belirlenmiştir.6- T.T.K.’nun 353. maddesinin birinci fıkrasının 4numaralı bendi gereğince, yapılan inceleme tarihlerive sonuçları:Şirket defterleri üzerinde; 21.01.2010, 01.04.2010,09.04.2010, 30.07.2010, 21.09.2010 ve 23.12.2010tarihlerinde yapılan incelemelerde, mevcut kıymetlerintam ve kayıtlara uygun olduğu görülmüştür.7- İntikal Eden şikayet ve yolsuzluklar ve bunlarhakkında yapılan işlemler:Herhangi bir şikayetle karşılaşılmamıştır.Gübre Fabrikaları T.A.Ş.’nin 01.01.2010-31.12.2010dönemi hesap ve işlemlerini, Türk Ticaret Kanunu,Ortaklığın Esas Sözleşmesi ve diğer mevzuatile genel kabul görmüş muhasebe ilke vestandartlarına göre, incelemiş bulunmaktayız.Görüşümüze göre, içeriğini benimsediğimiz,ekli 31.12.2010 tarihi itibariyle düzenlenmiş; bilanço,Ortaklığın anılan tarihteki mali durumunu,01.01.2010-31.12.2010 dönemine ait gelir-gidertablosu, anılan döneme ait faaliyetsonuçlarını, gerçeğe uygun ve doğru olarak yansıtmakta,karın dağıtımı önerisi, yasalara ve ortaklıkesas sözleşmesine uygun bulunmaktadır.Bilançonun ve gelir-gider tablosunun onaylanmasınıve Yönetim Kurulu’nun aklanmasını, oylarınızaarz ederiz.Saygılarımızla,DENETİM KURULU ÜYELERİCash was counted 5 times on the following dates:21.01.2010, 09.04.2010, 30.07.2010, 21.09.2010, and23.12.2010. It was confirmed thatactually assets are present in full and are in accordancewith records.7.
