In calculating the entries for each of the other boxes on the form for aparticular employee, PXP1099 will consider each of the employee’s earningsand deductions that has been listed for that box and defined with a distributioncode of 5.The processing described in the above examples is performed for alldistribution codes associated with box 1. As a result, multiple 1099-R forms canbe produced for a particular employee. In each case, the distribution codeappears in box 7 of the form.8. Access the Crosswalk Validation Form (GTVSDAX) and enter the addresstype(s) in the External Code for the Internal Code 1099ADDR. See “AddressHierarchy for W-2s, 1099-Rs, or 1042-Ss Available on GTVSDAX” on page 158 of thisRelease Guide.9. Run the 1099-R Load Process (PXP1099). This process will populate thePXR1099 table. All records created by this process can be viewed online on the1099-R Form (PXA1099). Use the down arrow key to display all 1099-R formsfor an employee, and note the change in distribution code (shown in box 7) ifthere are multiple 1099-R forms.
