Section 23 Problem ResolutionsReports and ProcessesNHPFIN1 (#86744)When <strong>Banner</strong> Finance is installed and the Finance Extract Process (NHPFINI) wasrun to interface COBRA transactions, the process would abort because the ExternalAccount Code field values were null. This problem has been corrected so that theprocess runs as expected and interfaces COBRA transactions appropriately.Resolved in Position Control <strong>Release</strong> 6.1.NORAPTRThe following defects have been resolved in the Electronic Approvals Report(NORAPTR):• (#80153)This is a technical change that allows the Electronic Approvals Report(NORAPTR) process to compile without any warnings. The change isapplicable only to NT environments. Resolved in Position Control <strong>Release</strong> 6.1.• (#38422)In some instances, the Approval Type, the Position Number, the Effective Dateand the Type Change fields were not being displayed on the ElectronicApprovals Report (NORAPTR). This problem has been corrected so that if theinformation is available, the fields are populated with the correct information.Resolved in Position Control <strong>Release</strong> 6.1.• (#51106)Previously when the Electronic Approvals Report (NORAPTR) was run, thetransaction from and to date in the parameter had no effect on the recordsdisplayed on the report. This problem has been corrected so that only therecords within the desired date range will show as well as any null valuedrecords. Resolved in Position Control <strong>Release</strong> 6.1.NOQLIBRNOQLPLS(#62951)The Employee Jobs Form (NBAJOBS) form would not compile when Payroll was notinstalled. This problem has been corrected by removing the reference to JobChange Reason Code Rules Form (PTRJCRE). Resolved in Position Control<strong>Release</strong> 6.1.PDPCFLX (#82366)Previously the Current Benefit Date parameter was not marked as required in jobsubmission and the Flexible Benefits Create Process (PDPCFLX) would abortwithout the parameter entered. This problem has been corrected. The CurrentBenefit Date parameter is now a required parameter for the process. Resolved in<strong>Human</strong> <strong>Resources</strong> <strong>Release</strong> 6.1.PDPF496 (#83604)Technical Fix: Previously, a couple of select routines in the Report of Payroll ActivityProcess (PDPF496) were rounding the pay rate amounts to 3 decimal places andinserting only 2 decimal places into the pension table PHRPENS. This intermittentlycaused doubling problems in the PDRF496 table and the resulting report producedby the Report of Payroll Activity Process (PDPF496). The routines have now beencorrected to round to 2 decimal places.
