Data entered on this form is used to generate OSHA Reports.Involved Persons and Parties WindowThis window maintains information relating to medical conditions resulting fromincidents at a work location. Access this window from the Options menu of theHealth and Safety Incident Form (PEAHSIN).Incidents of Hearing Loss are now categorized separately in the Injury and IllnessType field of the Involved Persons or Parties window of the Health and SafetyIncident Form (PEAHSIN).
