Western National Mutual Insurance CompanyIOWA HOMEOWNER RULES4.3 Unit-Owner's Personal Property – Special CoverageCoverage for personal property in condominium or co-operative units not regularly rented orheld for rental to others can be provided against all risks of direct physical loss, with certainexceptions.Determine the basic policy premium by multiplying the basic policy rating information shown inthis manual for the applicable Coverage C limit by the factor shown in this manual.Attach Endorsement ML-429 to Form 6.4.4 Row And Townhouses – SurchargeThe premium for an eligible owner-occupied dwelling in a townhouse or rowhouse is determinedas shown in the State Rate Pages.Each individual unit of the row or townhouse is considered when determining the number offamily units and the appropriate surcharge factor.4.5 Changes In Limits Or Addition Of CoveragesPolicy limits may be increased or coverages added during the policy term. Western National Mutual Insurance CompanyIOWA HOMEOWNER RULESRule 5 – DeductiblesA deductible amount is subtracted from all covered property losses, except those losses covered by thefollowing Incidental Property Coverages: Emergency Removal; Fire Department Service Charge; CreditCard, Forgery, and Counterfeit Money; Grave Markers; Loss Assessment; Refrigerated Food Spoilage;and, if applicable, Lock and Garage Door Transmitter Replacement.The deductible amount is subtracted only once per occurrence at each location, regardless of thenumber of covered items affected.5.1 Common Loss DeductibleCommon Loss Deductible form WN IL 07 is added to all Homeowner policies. This formchanges the deductible provision.
