Western National Mutual Insurance CompanyIOWA HOMEOWNER RULES8.11 Owned Snowmobiles – Off PremisesCoverage for liability arising out of the off premises use of snowmobiles may be provided for allsnowmobile(s) (regardless of number) owned by an Insured residing in the Named Insured’shousehold at the premium shown in the State Rate Pages. The premium charged contemplatesthe seasonal usage and is considered fully earned.• Attach Endorsement ML-164 – Make entries to describe each covered snowmobile.• Snowmobiles over 600 cc engine size – Refer to Company before coverage may be bound.8.12 WatercraftCoverage for liability arising out of the use of certain types of watercraft may be provided forwatercraft not covered by the policy at the premiums shown in the State Rate Pages. Thepremium charged contemplates the seasonal usage and is considered fully earned premium.• For rating purposes, combine the horsepower of all outboard motors used together with anysingle watercraft owned by the insured.• Sailboats 26 to 40 feet inclusive equipped with auxiliary power are classed as in-boardmotor boats.• Personal Watercraft – i.e. jet skis, water bikes or scooters, waverunners or similar watercraft– Refer to Company before coverage may be bound.Attach Endorsement ML-758.13 Outboard MotorsLiability coverage for watercraft powered by outboard motors is included. We pay for BodilyInjury and Property Damage resulting from the maintenance, use, loading or unloading ofwatercraft powered by outboard motors.8.14 Personal InjuryPersonal liability coverage can be extended to include coverage for personal injury. Personalinjury means damages for which the insured is liable arising out of offenses such as false arrest,libel, slander, and invasion of privacy of another. The golf carts must be owned by an insured who resides in the namedinsured's household and must not be subject to motor vehicle registration. A separate chargeapplies for each covered golf cart. Use the rating information shown in this manual.Attach Endorsement ML-432 and make entries to describe each covered golf cart.8.17 Motorized Vehicle Liability CoverageCoverage for liability arising out of the off-premises use of certain motorized vehicles can beadded.
