Each of the underwriters <strong>and</strong> the underwriting assistants has an e-mail address sothat they can be contacted directly through the Internet. Register for “AgentsOnline” <strong>and</strong> you will beable to access your book of business on-line.Voice-MailWe continue to have a large volume of phone calls coming into the underwriters. Each underwriter<strong>and</strong> underwriting assistant has their own voice-mailbox. Should you happen to reach the voice-mailsystem, please listen to the message <strong>and</strong> then leave a detailed message identifying thepolicyholder's name, policy number <strong>and</strong> a brief description of the question. This will enable us toexpedite the h<strong>and</strong>ling of the account <strong>and</strong> we will be able to get back to you as soon as humanlypossible.Customer Relationship Center (CRC) & Billing Inquiry (800) 352-2772Underwriters (952) 921-3808The Customer Relationship Center will help with questions on our systems including quoting,converting a quote to an application, uploading the application, processing an endorsement, helpingyou order ID Cards, get copies of policies, locate something in the manual, or any question on apersonal lines policy. Most billing questions will be addressed here also. We can take paymentsover the phone, explain the bill, <strong>and</strong> give you the amount <strong>and</strong> due date if you cannot find it onInquiryExpress. Late payments need prior approval by underwriting.Research And Development DepartmentThis department was formed in 1992. We are constantly on the lookout for new <strong>and</strong> better ideas <strong>and</strong>products.
