<strong>Western</strong> <strong>National</strong> Mutual <strong>Insurance</strong> CompanyIOWA HOMEOWNER RULES7.26 Snowmobile CoverageCoverage for direct physical loss to specified snowmobile(s) can be provided on an actual cashvalue basis caused by a Coverage C peril or collision, subject to certain exclusions.The limit for each snowmobile should be based on the snowmobile’s actual cash value.Eligible Snowmobiles• Owned by individuals for personal use. The names of all operators, their dates of birth <strong>and</strong>driver’s license numbers, if appropriate, must be provided.• The engine size is 600 cc’s or under. NOTE - when the engine size is over 600 cc’s, refer tothe underwriting department before coverage is bound.Ineligible Snowmobiles – Do Not Bind• The engine size is over 600 cc’s.• Snowmobiles used in racing or stunts, used commercially or rented or leased to others.• Risks when “any” insured/operator has an adverse motor vehicle record.• Snowmobiles of any size written on a tenants homeowners policy. (Refer to Company)• Snowmobiles modified for increased performance.Attach Endorsement WN HO 19.7.27 Identity Fraud Expense Coverage – Primary Locations OnlyCoverage can be provided for expenses incurred by an insured as the direct result of identityfraud. Identity fraud occurs when an individual’s personal identifying information is used withouthis or her permission to purchase goods or services, obtain credit, borrow money, or otherwiseviolate federal, state, or local law.Coverage is provided for expenses resulting from identity fraud that occurs at any time prior tothe end of the policy period <strong>and</strong> is discovered by the insured during the policy period or duringthe one year period that follows. In the event that the insured obtains replacement identity fraudexpense coverage, the one year extended discovery period terminates as of the date thereplacement coverage takes effect.Covered expenses include:• Costs for obtaining, reproducing, notarizing, or sending affidavits or other pertinentdocuments;• Costs for telephone calls;• research fees;• lost earnings, not to exceed a maximum of $250 per day, per insured, or a total of $5,000 forlost earnings of all insureds;• loan application fees for reapplying for a loan; <strong>and</strong>• attorney fees to defend lawsuits, remove criminal or civil judgments, or challenge informationprovided in a consumer credit report.$10,000 limit included.
