Over the years,she held various positions and through her hard work, she was promoted to the position of Personal LinesUnderwriter. In November 1990, Raunatte joined the underwriting forces at Austin Mutual. She accepted thePersonal Lines Underwriter position at Western National in October 1995. In 1998, she was promoted to theposition of Senior Personal Lines Underwriter for her team. Raunatte received her Certificate in GeneralInsurance and is currently pursuing her CPCU designation.CAROL McMAHON, APISenior Underwriter – Personal LinesExt. 7151 - email: carol.mcmahon@wnins.comCarol began her insurance career in 1971 at USF&G as a casualty rater. She then worked at Zurich InsuranceCompany for several years before becoming employed by Royal Insurance where she worked for thirteenyears. In 1985, Carol moved into the Commercial Underwriting department. Royal wanted to establish a“local” personal Lines Underwriting presence in the metro area and therefore Carol moved into Personal LinesUnderwriting. In December of 1990, she joined Western National as a Personal Lines Underwriter. During1998 she was promoted to the Senior Personal Lines Underwriter for her team. In August 1992, she was promoted to Reinsurance Administrator. Tina came back to thePersonal Lines department and accepted an Underwriter position. She received her CPCU designation in2002 and API in 2003.
