OwnersThis form of coverage may be afforded only ifBodily Injury Liability coverage has beenpurchased.If this form of insurance is purchased it mustapply to all vehicles on the policy.a. Basic LimitsThe rates shown on the Rate Pages arethe minimum limits available and are thefinancial responsibility law limits of thestate.Attach Uninsured Motorist Coverageendorsement.b. Increased LimitsIncreased Limits may be afforded butmay not be in excess of the Bodily InjuryLiability limits on the policy. Rates areshown on the Rate Pages.c. RatesThe rates are not subject to classificationrating or modification by any rating planand are displayed on the appropriateRate Pages.2. Non-OwnersIf a named non-owner policy is extended toafford Uninsured Motorists coverage, the ratefor such extension of coverage shall be theapplicable single car rate shown on theappropriate Rate Pages for Uninsured Motorist.REFER TO COMPANYB. Underinsured Motorist Coverage1. Ownersa. Basic LimitsProtection for this coverage up to the FinancialResponsibility law limits isprovided under the Uninsured MotoristsCoverage endorsement.b. Increased LimitsIncreased limits of Underinsured Motoristscoverage may be afforded underthe following conditions:(1) Only if increased limits UninsuredMotorists Coverage is afforded.(2) Increased limits Uninsured and UnderinsuredMotorists insurance mustbe afforded at the same limits.(3) Underinsured Motorists Coveragemust apply to all vehicles insuredunder the policy.(4) The Underinsured Motorists Coverageendorsement must be attached.c.
