<strong>Western</strong> <strong>National</strong> Mutual <strong>Insurance</strong> CompanyIOWA HOMEOWNER RULESRule 5 – DeductiblesA deductible amount is subtracted from all covered property losses, except those losses covered by thefollowing Incidental Property Coverages: Emergency Removal; Fire Department Service Charge; CreditCard, Forgery, <strong>and</strong> Counterfeit Money; Grave Markers; Loss Assessment; Refrigerated Food Spoilage;<strong>and</strong>, if applicable, Lock <strong>and</strong> Garage Door Transmitter Replacement.The deductible amount is subtracted only once per occurrence at each location, regardless of thenumber of covered items affected.5.1 Common Loss DeductibleCommon Loss Deductible form WN IL 07 is added to all Homeowner policies. This formchanges the deductible provision.
