Target Audience<br />
This session is aimed at faculty and trainees involved clinical training.<br />
Objectives<br />
At the conclusion of this session, the participant will be able to:<br />
• reiterate the importance of feedback in daily clinical teaching;<br />
• provide clinicians with the tools to create an environment for delivery of<br />
effective and timely feedback;<br />
• equip training clinicians with the means to plan and implement feedback<br />
sessions in a clinical setting.<br />
