è un tipo di “passaporto”, che non fornisce
alcuna informazione circa la qualità del prodotto.
È importante per l’utente non solo prestare
attenzione al marchio CE obbligatorio, ma
piuttosto stabilire se il prodotto è anche
progettato per il rispettivo uso previsto.
Sfortunatamente, quando si esaminano più da
vicino gli usi pratici si può notare che sebbene si
possano utilizzare i prodotti del tipo approvato
con il marchio CE, tuttavia, questi spesso sono
destinati ad un utilizzo diverso. Utilizzando le
indicazioni del produttore l’utente deve
assicurare che il rispettivo prodotto sia
“utilizzato per lo scopo previsto”.
Dichiarazione di conformità Con la dichiarazione
di conformità il produttore conferma che il
prodotto venduto è conforme alle normative della
Direttiva per i Dispositivi di Protezione Individuale
(DPI) (89/686/CEE) e corrisponde al modello
(campione di prova) del certificato di
approvazione del tipo.
