These compact, easy-to-use, fertilizer tablets eliminate the need for measuring small
quantities of dry materials, and provide a safe, scientifically-complete plant food which
lasts up to two years. Agriform® Planting Tablets fill the continuing need of all plants for
a full range of major nutrients. During the first year of establishment, the demand for plant
food is not great in terms of pounds of nutrients, but continuity of availability is critical for
the development of healthy roots and vigorous top growth. Urea-formaldehyde is the total
nitrogen source, supplying a reservoir of prolonged-release, non-leaching nitrogen to the
plant roots.
• 10 gram size is used for well-rooted liners (quart-gallon size),
larger containers, established trees and shrubs
• 21 gram size is recommended for water gardens

Tablets are bonded, premeasured amounts continuously release
major and minor nutrients from every single tablet. The results are
attractive, well-maintained and uniform plants with less labor and
management. Osmocote® Plus tablets provide an accurate means of
controlling the dosage applied to each pot. 8 to 9 month longevity. A
case contains 1,000, 7.5-gram tablets.

Composed of dry granules of plant nutrients encapsulated within
multiple layers of polymeric resin. Water vapor penetrates the
permeable shell and dissolves the nutrient core. The resulting osmotic
pressure, meters the liquid nutrients through the coating and into
the surrounding soil/media. Product longevity depends on irrigation
frequency and quantity (leaching fraction), environmental factors such
as temperature and rainfall, and the rate of product application.
