• Injection ratio: 1:200 -1:50 / 0.50% - 2%

Twist II Clean Filters
• Reusable filter with spin-down action
• Can be plumbed into drain
• Eliminates costly down time due to clogged
irrigation systems
• Quick and easy cleaning: 5 seconds, just
a quarter turn to the handle on top of the
filter cleans the screen
• 250 micron filter; 100 psi; maximum flow
rate: 15 gpm for 3/4” or 30 gpm for 1”
• Inlet and outlet, both either 3/4” or 1” NPT

Adapter Kits
Everything needed to connect an
injector to a standard garden hose.
Outlet is male thread so hose can be
attached to control flow.
All kits include Teflon tape to insure
a leak-free fit. Optional filter is a
spin-clean style with a stainless
150-mesh (105 micron) screen
installed, and includes all necessary
installation fittings. Vacuum breaker
prevents water line contamination
by preventing a back siphon due to
a drop in line pressure. Set screw
for code requirements included.
Custom made “Blue Ribbon” hose
(pages 135, 414) is available to meet
any special length requirements.

Mazzei Fertilizer Injectors
For field applications in fruit, vegetable and nursery production
• The Mazzei Injectors are simple to operate and they work
on water power
• There are no moving parts
• The Injectors are inexpensive and reliable
• They will restrict water flow by approximately 20%
• These injectors are great for field applications, they would not
be recommended for greenhouse production
• Maximum operating pressure is 140 psi
• Female inlet and outlet
• Water flow must exceed the minimum flow rate when
in operation
