Solexx twin-wall flexible covering panels
Easy Installation
1) To maximize insulation, attach Solexx on the outside of the
frame so it covers all the metal surfaces (There is no right or
wrong side when installing as both sides are UV protected)
2) Recommended to buy a width to match your on-center frame spacing
- 4’, 5’ or 6’. See pages 480 for screws/fasteners
3) Overlapping one panel with another, the screws are
attached directly through the panel and into the
framing. A self-drilling screw with a rubber washer is
recommended to attach a screw every 4-6”
4) To achieve maximum performance, caulk open ends of the
paneling with a 1/4” bead of clear 100% silicone caulking
to prevent internal moisture, and maximize R-values
