Cocoa Shells
• Made from the shell of the cocoa bean
during the roasting process
• Does not bleach like other mulches, it
will actually get darker with age
• Chocolate aroma that lasts approximately
2-3 weeks after installation
• Water the mulch in to prevent blowing,
the shells will interlock to stay in place
and create a moisture retaining layer

permanent pigment, not a dye,
