GREENHOUSES
The Ludy EZ-Up Direct has been developed to benefit growers as
well as retailers by utilizing features that work to save you money and
improve plant quality.
The open roof design allows maximum light, while releasing excess
heat. Therefore, reducing the amount of equipment required and
lowering operating cost.
Combine the open roof advantage with side vents in a multitude of
combinations to achieve the versatility that growers and retailers need
to tailor each structure to their own individual needs.
For cold weather applications, light can reach plants through the typical
glazing options, 8mm polycarbonate, corrugated polycarbonate,
double layer polyethylene, glass or 8 mm acrylic structured sheet.

Size
• Widths: 24 and 36 feet (7.32 and 10.97 m)
• Lengths: standard 10 or 12 feet (3.04, 3.65 m) bays; full length can
be any multiple of chosen bay size
• Sidewall: standard 8, 10, 12 or 14 feet (2.43, 3.04, 3.65, 4.26 m),
higher walls available
Construction
• All structural components are pre-galvanized, rust-resistant steel
• Post: 4” square pre-galvanized, rust-resistant steel
• Trusses: 2” square pre-galvanized, rust-resistant steel; factory welded
parallel chord truss design
• Ridge Purlin: 2” square pre-galvanized, rust-resistant steel
• Bracing: roof wind X-bracing, sidewall X-bracing, gable bracing and
knee bracing included
Gutters
• 10 inch wide, made with high strength steel, sealed at each post using
gutter splice
• Various extension lengths are available along with down spout connector
and drip channels
Glazing Options
• 8mm polycarbonate structured sheet in 4' or 6' o.c. bar spacing
• Corrugated polycarbonate
• Double-layer polyethylene (using Ludy Lock Poly system)
• Glass (annealed, tempered or laminated)
• 8mm acrylic structured sheet
